Joe Joe Collins has been a dedicated supporter of the Ocoee Region Builders Association for more than a decade, serving on the ORBA Board of Directors since 2015 and as Events Committee Chair. Always willing to lend a hand, Joe Joe brings enthusiasm, leadership, and a contagious smile to everything he does. His commitment to ORBA and the building industry has made him an invaluable part of the association.
A graduate of Bradley Central High School and Emory & Henry College, Joe Joe is a seasoned banker with Builtwell Bank, where his career began in 2015 at the former Bank of Cleveland. He has earned numerous professional honors, including Gold and Platinum recognition from the Chattanooga Bankers Association. Beyond banking, Joe Joe is a talented musician, singer, songwriter, and natural entertainer with a loyal following. His dedication to his profession, his community, and ORBA makes him a deserving recipient of the 2025 ORBA Associate of the Year Award.
